• Al-ajza. Hadith book that collects in a specific topic. Kitab al-Fara'id example, which brings the hadith on the subject of inheritance. The book was compiled by Zaid ibn Sabit.
• Al-atraf. Hadith book that collects only the beginning matannya only, not to mention the whole honor tradition. For example, the writing of hadith which means'' any practice that began with'' intent, the narratives of pilgrims scholars of hadith.
• Al-Mustadrak. Book that collects a particular hadith hadith qualified written by former priest, but not yet included in his book. For example, Al-Mustadrak ala as-Sahihain compiled by al-An-naisaburi judgment.
• Al-Mustakhraj. Books that collect hadith to be taken from any book of hadith using a different sanad sanad of hadith which it refers or its parent book. For example Mustakhraj compiled by Muhammad ibn Ya'qub al-an-Naisaburi Syaibani.
• Al-Jami. Book that collects the eight basic problems, such as theology, law, commentary, ethical eating and drinking, chronicle, history of the life of the Prophet SAW, morals, and good and bad deeds.
• Al-Musnad. The preparation of the Hadith books of Hadith based on sequence narrated friend's name. For example, Musnad Ibn Hanbal.
• Al-Mu `jam. The Book of Hadith which is a large dictionary which contains Hadith in it by the name of a friend, teacher, tribes, or according to the hadith where didafatkan are sorted alphabetically.
